• Taking care of Company’s account(s) to provide services in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with concerned Department within the Company and provide services and solutions that will meet or exceed the clients’ expectations.
• Provide consultancy on our service related issues as and when required to our clients.
• Establish and maintain appropriate and timely communications with Clients, all projects team members, department heads and officers through effective use of project information reports, team meeting notes, etc.
• Responsible for delivering invoices to the clients and follow up for the payments.
• Monitor and coordinate timely execution of major milestone approvals with Clients and prepare necessary paper work for document approval.
• Enhance the Company long-term relationship with the Clients.
• Maintain up to date documentation on administrative operation procedures and issues, and revises as appropriate.
