To oversee entire operation, production and administratives matters of the Factory.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and run optimum day to day operations of the facility.
• 
  
• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs
• 
  
• Analyze manufacturing, personnel, materials, logistics, and other problems. Ensure plant staff enforces company policies and procedures.
• 
  
• Oversee the development, implementation, and adherence of SOP’s, optimize the productivity and the factory efficiency by improving quality standards.
• 
  
• Prepare, manage and control factory’s monthly / yearly budget, Recommend the plant’s operating budget. Manage and control expenditures and variances.
• 
  
• Reduce waste and initiate other cost reduction activities throughout the facility.
• 
  
• Achieve and maintain 98% perfect order completion and on-time shipping.
• 
  
• Regularly collaborate with all facility managers and related departments, respond to emergency calls as required.
• 
  
• Provide upper management updates on factory activities, timely information and reports on issues that affect plant performance and other critical matters.
•
