Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
1. Translate the product strategy into detailed action plans to be followed by relevant team members.
2. Manage the product from ideation concept, developing, testing, forecasting, cost, promotion, support, and finally to profitable revenue.
3. Manage the product life cycle and anticipate any issues, difficulties or obstacles and act accordance to the product’s best interest.
4. Lead the cross functional team to ensure effective delivery, quality excellence and sales growth of the product by identifying its specifications and requirements.
5. Advise and review product pricing and positioning strategies.
6. Identify the go-to-market vision and introduce it to the related departments.
7. Introduce the product by engaging sales, marketing, operations and other stakeholders.
8. Evaluate marketing and sales plans to ensure that they are consistent with product objectives.
9. Track the engagement of sales with potential customers and review and evaluate the customers feedback.
10. Manage the product’s operating plan to achieve growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment.
11. Monitor and control product revenues and costs, ensuring alignment with the investment plan.
12. Recommends the nature scope and roadmap of the product by examining the potential profitable growth.
13. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience to identify and fill product gaps.
14. Direct and prioritize functions by ranking them against the strategic goals, initiatives and customers impact.
15. Specifying the research needed from related departments to obtain customers' needs and desires.
16. Review and evaluate the product reports of product development, marketing, sales and technical operations.
17. Prepare and present periodic reports of the product which include product roadmap, risks, issues, performance, financial statements, objectives and lessons learned.
