• End to End Recruitment (sourcing resumes, short listing candidates, coordinating for technical/practical rounds, conducting HR round of interview, salary negotiations, offer letter, follow-up) • Schedule Induction, update induction manual, analysis of feedback and HR documents for personal file • Maintain personnel data of all employees • Take care of health and Vehicle insurance • Coordinating and support HR manager in planning, scheduling and conducting all training activities • Preparing HRD Periodical Statistic and Annual Reports • Establishing a suitable and harmonic work environment for employees to increase their job performance
