1) Programming and Report Building
2) Assisting Users in their work pressure
3) User Trouble Shooting for ERP system/Operating system.
4) Ensure safe data retention and smooth retrieval
5) Develop & maintain the IT related policies and procedures
6) Assisting users to identify and correct hardware and software problems.

7) Assisting in the installation of hardware updates upgrades or fixes.
