1.Develop purchasing plan based on the demand plan and replenishment plan, place purchase order to suppliers, and ensure the order is delivered on time with right quantities.
2.Handing abnormal deliveries, coordinate with the warehousing, quality control department and suppliers in time to avoid the impact on customer order delivery.
3.Collect and organize supplier settlement data on time and submit internal audits to ensure that supplier settlement is completed on schedule.
4.Responsible for guiding and training suppliers to use Jollychic system correctly to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of purchasing
5.Responsible for supplier management, including supplier delivery performance, supplier empowerment, supplier optimization, etc.
6. Optimize overall process from customer order placement, purchase orders, supplier delivery, carrier pick-up, warehouse receipt, and settlement, ensure delivery on time and timely payment.
7.Supporting planners in inventory control and keep inventory is reasonable, including return processing, slow-moving merchandise processing, etc.
8. Mining business direction and problems from the perspective of data , keep continuous improvement
