The job incumbent shall carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
- Documents and reviews new or revised policies, procedures, processes and/or related documents in support of business processes and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Conducts reviews of the work of other specialists and assists with complex projects.
- Participates in the conversion of existing documentation to alternative delivery media. Applies relevant quality, regulatory standards, and best practices for readability.
- Reviews, edits, and enhances existing documentation or content of policy and procedure manuals.
- Understands the impact of regulatory developments and compliance guidelines on branch/operational tasks and processes, interprets and applies within policy and procedure documentation.
- Gathers information and prepares compliance reports.
- Researches, analyzes data, identify and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Audits adherence to policies and procedures identifies areas requiring clarification or emphasis. Performs audits, evaluations, and reviews of other's documentation, acting as checkpoint prior to document distribution.
