Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading retail chain looking for a Store Managers to manage their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will lead your team in ensuring sales profitability and excellent customer satisfaction are always met.
As a Store Manager, you will be involved in:
- Overseeing and managing operational store requirements
- Ensuring achievement of store sales and financial objectives; manage P&L
- Attending to customers and making sure that all customer-related issues/complaints are properly addressed
- Fostering and maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty
- Recruiting, managing, and training staff
- Ensuring compliance to company policies and standards
Qualifications:- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in similar role in the Retail industry
- Outstanding communication, leadership and business development skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Digital- savvy, with strong reporting skills
- Saudi national (required)
