Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading retail chain looking for a Store Managers to manage their team in Saudi Arabia. You will lead your team in ensuring sales profitability and excellent customer satisfaction are always met.
As a Store Manager / Supervisor, you will be involved in:
Overseeing and managing operational store requirements
Ensuring achievement of store sales and financial objectives; manage P&L
Attending to customers and making sure that all customer-related issues/complaints are properly addressed
Fostering and maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty
Recruiting, managing, and training staff
Ensuring compliance to company policies and standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in similar role in the Retail industry
Outstanding communication, leadership and business development skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Digital- savvy, with strong reporting skills
Saudi national (required)
