Responsibilities
Attain deep knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications.
Provide ERP application support for all users across the firm.
Provide timely and responsive day to day support of users on the use of integrated ERP solution
Produce reports on trends in system performance and user issues to identify opportunities to improve user experience and additional training
Leverage change and release management process to ensure all platform updates and upgrades are thoroughly tested and signed-off prior to go-live
Partner with vendor regarding product roadmap, enhancement suggestions and support cases.
Lead projects with operational leaders to drive ERP & process improvement.
Experience with extracting and aggregating data using SQL
Work with spreadsheets to analyze, cross-reference & validate data
Experience on working with XML files
