Responsible for camp’s day to day operations
Allocation of accommodation
Camp safety induction to new employees
Ensures that sufficient number of beds, mattresses, blankets and pillows are available for the workers
Ensures that all sleeping and recreational quarters are always clean, and that safety rules & regulations are strictly implemented.
Coordinates with Personnel Section in the Head Office or on the project site, the medical referral of sick worker to the company's doctor & follow-up the processing of medical services and reports.
Ensures the camp kitchens are properly equipped, staffed and that safety and hygiene rules and regulations are strictly adhered to.
Monitors the daily operations of laundry.
Coordinates & work with safety inspector in routine safety inspections of camp & rooms.
Inspects rooms and updates accommodation report.
Supervises the transport of food to project sites mess halls.
Ensures that janitorial and cleaning activities are being carried out according to the schedule.
Ensures that insect and pest control treatments are being carried out according to schedule.
Implements camp rules and regulations especially with respect to discipline, safety and security.
Attends to workers complaints, resolve issues and seek advice of immediate supervisor when needed.
Performs different tasks as needed.
Communications and Working Relationships
Reports to and supports the Camp Supervisor on all camps matters 4. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Diploma in a related field
General knowledge of camp policies and procedures
3-year experience in same field.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, with computer skills.
