One of the leading healthcare provider company in KSA is looking for Commercial Director from a healthcare background to lead the growing business of the company
Scope of responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of the business.
- Develop and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy for both existing and new market segments in line with the company Strategic Plan.
- Ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, obtain approval and implement the commercial strategy for the business.
- Understand the value drivers of the business and identify profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
- Assess and manage the commercial risks to the business.
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development to analyze potential opportunities and develop business plans/recommendations (including all associated risks, costs and forecasted revenue), to ensure that all business development opportunities are optimized.
- Communicate with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business objectives.
- Collecte and analyze business data pertaining to all commercial activities.
- Develop, implement and monitor a suite of Commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business.
- Integration of cost and schedule data and reporting with the Company’s accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals.
- Represent the Company in dealing with clients and other external stakeholders on all commercial matters.
