Lead financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis and accounting support for various
departments within the company.
Manage the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial
forecasts including revenue, expenses, cash position, and asset portfolio.
Interact with the department heads to design actionable reporting and dashboards, to
ensure forecasts are appropriate and targets met accordingly
Perform standard analyses on bookings, revenue, marketing ROI, etc. to provide
information on early business indicators and to support decision making.
Assist in the on-going development of the company’s business systems and workflows
to ensure that data integrity and accuracy are maintained
Perform variance analysis and drive forecast accuracy
Establish and maintain key operational metrics and reporting
Seek ways for the company to continue to automate systems and improve processes
Analyze financial data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed
Provide timely, relevant and accurate financial statement and forecast and analysis of
the results to department heads and Financial team
Maintain and develop various financial models by using database and spreadsheet
programs
Capable of independently managing multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with
a high level of precision
Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needed
Providing support in development of all external presentations/reports and
communications.
Provide executive management with recurring daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly
analysis, including KPIs and performance vs budget/forecast
Work directly with the Chief Financial Officer with planning exercises (such as forecast,
budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting) and developing board and other internal &
external presentations/reports
Drive ongoing monitoring, reporting and assessment of the Company’s performance with
respect to financial, operational and strategic goals and initiatives and recommend
corrective actions to the executive management.
Coordinate requirements for efficient automated accounting to increase productivity and
ensure integrity of underlying data.
