• Lead end-to-end service delivery including
  on-going operations, customer satisfaction & service quality.


• Work with clients & project team members to
  define timeline, deliverables & milestones.


• Act as an advisor to clients and engage the
  necessary team members.


• Ensure all customers receive a high
  quality professional service within agreed service level


• Proactively seek input from customers
  to ensure delivery meets business needs, and propose changes to level of
  services provided


• Develop and maintain ongoing
  relationships with customers.


• Manage the set-up of
  operations by being the single point of contact.


• Maintain in-depth knowledge
  of Silah’s products.


• Verify all necessary
  information & forms have been obtained from & delivered to client.


• Monitors and reports on
  service delivery metrics and overall performance.


• Directing the processing and
  fulfillment of orders.


• Present offsite presentations
  to potential clients.


• Build rapport with governmental
  organizations.
