We are a major retail organization with an ambitious expansion business plan across the GCC region is looking to appoint a Human Resource Administration Team Leader.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Will be in charge of implementing and making sure that safety and security is the number one goal of the store and that all staff members are fully aware of the rules and regulations pertaining to safety and security.
• Following up with Sales accountants regarding daily cash flow, making sure drawer changes are happening smoothly etc.
• Will help maintain the IT flow of the office, internet access, store access and make sure staff follow procedures
• Build government relations and make sure all store government relations are met in a timely and accurate manner, such as, store licenses, staff visa issues, travel periods and company policies and procedures
