Responsible for all the local, Arab and Non-Labor recruitment which includes:
1. Issuing offer letters for our selected candidates.
2. Registering the new employees in the company’s system and Gosi.
3. Post job advertisements in all kind of websites and social media.
4. Full knowledge of Taqat usage, programs and website is a must.
5. Full knowledge on how to use the social media for recruitments.
6. Collecting applicants’ CVs in our Data base.
7. Daily check and update on Taqat Advertisements and make sure its fully updated.
8. Daily check and update on our social media posts.
9. Help finding solutions to fill shortages and vacancies.
10. Conducting and coordinating interviews with our potential candidates.
11. Submitting weekly status report on our current requirements, shortages and vacancies.
