Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
2. Follow the texts and instructions for calls.
3. Follow organizational instructions, policies and procedures.
4. Defining customer needs, clarifying information, and providing available solutions or alternatives.
5. Presenting marketing offers for products and services on the opportunity to do so.
6. Building sustainable relationships with clients by obtaining additional data and providing the service to them in the fullest way.
7. Keep records of all conversations and calls in the call center database.
8. Attending educational courses continuously to improve the level of service and performance.
9. Follow-up procedures to achieve the goals of the call center agent department.
10. Follow up on customer orders and make sure to receive the products through the e-commerce site.
