Scope:
Automation of quote to cash operations initiative focusses on automating collections management and cash application work packets to unlock greater
efficiencies
Key Responsibilities:
Act as help bridge between the finance team and IT team
Develop clear requirements (functional and technical) of the IT solution
Support the finance team to define for the potential options for evaluation and to conduct the evaluation and selection
Next phase: Facilitate the design of the new system processes (procedures) and supporting finance team to implement of the selected tool (including change management effort such as training to Finance team).
Project delivery principles
Sizing, shaping and directing projects of work
Stakeholder relationship management
Presentation and facilitation
Specific Domain Expertise:
o Comprehensive understanding of the involved business process (cash
application) and the potential technical solutions (options for cash application tool)
o Technical and functional expertise for the selection of a new tools
o Good understanding of system architecture, cash application automation tools and business processes
o A proven track record in SAP tools implementation and migration
