Scope:
Evaluation and selection of a leading practice/next-gen Consolidation & Reporting solution, integrated with a Disclosure Management tool and including a global consolidation manual
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of key business and functional requirements
Prepare necessary documentation and lead the technology evaluation and selection process
Provide external expertise on key topics relevant to and raised during the tool evaluation and selection process
Create implementation plan and business case for the selected technology solution
Create the framework for the future Global Consolidation Manual containing comprehensive process descriptions and accounting guidelines for all stakeholders, definition of Consolidation calendar, definition of Consolidation governance, definition of legal entity and managerial consolidation approvals
Project delivery principles
Sizing, shaping and directing projects of work
Stakeholder relationship management
Presentation and facilitation
Specific Domain Expertise:
o Technical and functional expertise for the selection of a new consolidation tools
o Good understanding of system architecture, consolidation tools and business processes
o A proven track record in SAP consolidation tools implementation and experience in migration from historic ECCS tool to newer SAP consolation and reporting tools is a key requirement.
o Must have good understanding of various SAP offerings in this area and also be able to lead, document and change manage users of varying seniority within multinational organization
