Scope:
The scope of work incorporates the two following key areas of work:
Increase management information effectiveness and efficiency through report rationalization, report presentation enhancements, and optimization of reporting rhythm / cadence.
Design and deployment of an integrated management reporting solution and design of an
integrated conceptual data model
Key Responsibilities:
The consultant will facilitate an extensive SME team through key activities such as:
o Report rationalization to ensure requirements and objectives of reports are clearly defined, address information gaps (e.g. missing KPI and metrics), and then rationalized as required (delete reports, consolidate reports, simplify reports)
o Assessment of report presentation with a focus on key reports and identifying opportunities to enhance the presentation of the information, define overall report structure, determine where data elements are placed, and enhance the visualization of data
o Analysis of reporting rhythm/cadence and identification of improvement opportunities (e.g.
what meetings, what purpose, what content, what objectives, what reports and what data)
o Design of the to-be / target state integrated management reporting solution incl. functional
requirements and technical requirements
o Deployment of the integration management reporting solution
o Development of an integrated data model for EPM, which define and document the EPM data elements / objects, their relationships, data flows and mappings, etc.

Sizing, shaping and directing projects of work
Stakeholder relationship management
Presentation and facilitation
Specific Domain Expertise:
o Deep experience in improving management information effectiveness and efficiency
o Comprehensive knowledge in designing Integrated Management Reporting solutions for large multinational companies (with similar complexity as the client);
o Good knowledge of Reporting, Visualization & Analytics Applications & integrated data model for EPM
o Execution experience in similar projects (SAP solutions preferred including SAC)
