Key Duties and Tasks:


·         Assisting the manager in all daily responsibilities, communication and support activities. Organize, coordinate, schedule and perform office duties. Provide administrative support. Prepare correspondence and reports.


·         Perform office tasks such as basic bookkeeping, photocopying, filing, receiving and passing on messages;


·         Undertake reception duties and deal with general enquiries. Provide information to employees and customers;


·         Organize, coordinate and perform administrative office duties. Prioritize and schedule duties and assignments. Oversee the work of clerical support workers;


·         Provide administrative assistance to office professionals and managers. Prepare reports and minutes of meetings. Follow-up on actions and deadlines;


·         Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;


·         Monitoring and maintain items sufficiently between different departments;


·         Following up with client in regards of financial items (e.g. payments) and contractual item (e.g. orders);


·         Arranging technical meetings with MOI and writing minutes of meetings.
