Description
Support the Group's expansion globally by opening offices and subsidiaries in new geographiesAdd legal compliance expertise as well as financial, corporate and reputation compliance advisoryRecord and monitor the restrictive covenants and risks related to contracts both internally and externallySupport with the development of a new contract automation systemAudits monitoring, and regulatory advisory across the global officesManage the Junior Compliance Officer and delegate tasks to the legal team when necessary
Profile
Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:
Law degree / Bachelor of Laws / LLB3-8 years' experience in a legal compliance functionExperience expanding the global presence of a group/companyExperience working on legal software/contracts automation systemsIdeally currently based in Riyadh, but welcoming all candidates looking to move to Riyadh
