Must have experience in car leasing company
Bachelor in Accounting and/or Finance
CPA or CMA is preferable
Has an experience in Oracle ERP
Handle full of financial accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, etc
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
Review payment vouchers & journal entries
Preparation of accounting, budgeting, cash flow and financial reporting
Arrange and post all prepaid and accruals and other journal entry related to monthly financial closing.
Reviewing all bank reconciliations.
Make sure that all transactions are recorded according to IFRS
Knowledge in zakat and VAT Reporting and compliance
Monitoring banks, receivables, payable, assets etc.
Ensure that best internal control systems are in place to achieve financial discipline.
Control purchasing based on budget
Control all the accruals and prepaid accounts monthly wise
Reviewing monthly payroll.
Make sure that all statutory payments are done before the deadline.
Communication skills
Ability to work within a team
Very good in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
bilingual is a must
Age is not exceeding 36
