The primary objective of this position is to manage and control costs of all manufacturing, material and labor expenses; and lead the overall inventory management.

-Apply Activity Based Costing Principles and define activity-wise manufacturing and product costs

-Estimate the Bill-of-material based on actual requirements for individual items

-Input on daily basis all accounting transactions in relation to work in progress, production orders and finished goods

-Track actual production order costs against standard costs

-Track cost over-runs and provide advice for corrective measures for cost optimization

-Conduct physical inventory count in comparison with system and treat any variances
