·         Providing one on one assistance to the end user regarding the technical flaw, either by phone, mails, or in person.

·         Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information.

·         Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

·         Conduct workshops and individual training sessions for end users.

·         Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the level one issues in software.

·         Supporting and assisting colleagues and working with other support groups and vendors for solving level two issues.

·         Assisting with designs, software testing, development with level two support for preventing technical issues in future.
