Quality Control Jobs in Saudi Arabia in Saudi Arabia
- Ensure that medicinal products are manufactured as per requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice & GxP. Ensure that procedures conform to health and safety regulations.
- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure): Review to ensure that it meets GMP, GxP, Regulatory standards and in-house requirements.
- Audits: Plan, perform, coordinate, and lead internal audit (self-inspection) and external audits. Approve compliance plan and audit closure.
- Regulatory Audits & Certification: Host inspection authority; follow up on findings, submitting compliance. Ensure organization’s certification and accreditation is maintained.
- Qualification: Oversee qualification activities.
- Validation: Review Validation Master Plan (VMP). Oversee validation activities.
- Documentation: Approve GxP documents, policies and protocols. Ensure that documents are prepared & implemented that meets GDP and GMP. Oversee document and data control is practiced.
- Batch Release: Take decision on Batch Release.
- Investigate and disposition of discrepancies. Oversee batch record & Reference sample management.
- GxP Training: Oversee Training activities.
- Change Management: Take decision on change control proposals (CCP).
- Oversee implementation, closure and assessment of CCP.
- Deviation Handling: Accept / Reject planned and unforeseen deviations.
- Recommend CAPA. Oversee implementation & closure.
- CAPA: Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure continual implementation, closure and post implementation assessment of CAPA.
Complaint Handling: Evaluate & investigate product complaints. - Recommend CAPA.
- Market Return and Recall: Oversee return and recall to meet regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Supplier / Vendor Management: Support Factory Technical Manager in Vendor qualification, vendor audit and vendor approval for raw material, packing material, medical devices and product / process related requirements.
- In Process control: Oversee in process product and process related quality assurance activities.
- Investigation: Investigate out of specifications (OOS).
- Recommend CAPA.
- Production and Manufacturing: Ensure that production and manufacturing activities are undertaken in compliance to SOPs, systems, procedure and GxP requirements.
- Product: Oversee the Product Quality Review. Give recommendations on PQR.
- Contract Manufacturing: Oversee contract manufactured products (for PSI & by PSI) are manufactured in accordance with GxP and are meeting specifications and Quality standards.
