• Conducts sales visits to the customers, to promote company’s products and services.


• Generates Requests for quotations (RFQ's) from customers.


• Analyses and identifies customers' RFQs and make necessary arrangements to fulfill customers' requirements.


• Follows up the pricing quotations with suppliers before the closing date.


• Prepares and finalizes pricing quotations in coordination with commercial department.


• Arranges to receive bid documents on time in coordination with the concerned department.


• Attends bid opening in order to record competitors prices.


• Solves and clarifies customers inquires regarding technical and commercial issues.


• Receives customer's purchasing order (PO) and coordinates to issues the same to the supplier.


• Follows up, solves and answers customer's remarks and inquires after receiving products and materials.


• Receives and checks supplier invoices and send same to customers.


• Receives customer's discrepancy reports and arranges to solve same with suppliers.


• Follows up and facilitates the payment process for customers.


• Facilitates and follows up the payment process for suppliers in coordination with accounting department.


• Prepares periodical reports of all sales activities and submits to his supervisor.


• Keeps customer's contacts and resolves customer complaints regarding sales and services.


• Represents the company in all sales meetings /conference


• يقوم بزيارات مبيعات للعملاء ، للترويج لمنتجات الشركة وخدماتها.


• يولد طلبات عروض الأسعار (RFQ) من العملاء.


• تحليل وتحديد طلبات عروض الأسعار للعملاء وإجراء الترتيبات اللازمة لتلبية متطلبات العملاء.


• متابعة عروض الأسعار مع الموردين قبل تاريخ الإغلاق.


• إعداد وإنهاء عروض الأسعار بالتنسيق مع الإدارة التجارية.


• الترتيب لاستلام وثائق العطاء في الموعد المحدد بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المختصة.


• حضور فتح العطاءات من أجل تسجيل أسعار المنافسين.


• يحل ويوضح استفسارات العملاء بشأن القضايا التقنية والتجارية.


• استلام أمر الشراء الخاص بالعميل (PO) والإحداثيات لإصدار نفس الأمر للمورد.


• يتابع ويحل ويجيب على ملاحظات العميل ويستفسر بعد استلام المنتجات والمواد.


• يستلم ويتحقق من فواتير الموردين ويرسلها للعملاء.


• يتلقى تقارير التناقض الخاصة بالعميل ويرتب لحلها مع الموردين.


• متابعة وتسهيل عملية الدفع للعملاء.


• يسهل ويتابع عملية الدفع للموردين بالتنسيق مع قسم المحاسبة.


• إعداد تقارير دورية عن جميع أنشطة المبيعات وتقديمها إلى مشرفه.


• يحافظ على اتصالات العملاء ويحل شكاوى العملاء فيما يتعلق بالمبيعات والخدمات.


• يمثل الشركة في جميع اجتماعات / مؤتمرات المبيعات
