• Support the execution of the monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes for IFRS and US GAAP reporting. This includes supporting the execution of final reporting controls, preparing month/quarter-end accruals, balance sheet account reconciliation, system reconciliations, intercompany process, and internal/external financial reporting.


• Manage the trade fund accounting process ensuring proper accruals at month-end, correct accounting classification in the financial statements, and maintaining adequate supporting documentation for the trade fund accruals.


• Support the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of internal controls within the organization working with cross-functional teams and external consultants


• Provide on-going support to internal and external audit activities including preparation and review of audit requirements.


• Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement to drive effectiveness and efficiency with a focus on increasing automation.


• Support all VAT related matters and ensure SJV VAT compliance in coordination with SJV VAT consultants


• Support the local and US GAAP tax accounting and reporting in coordination with SJV tax consultants


• Support special project work, as required.
