We are looking to hire for a Territory head in Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah and Buraidah respectively. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• The job holder will be responsible for the overall revenue & profitability of the regional business with focus on the commercial development of the business.


• Lead & manage all activities of  the specific territory in alignment with short and long term financial and operating objectives


• Full responsibility of the P&L, working directly with retail operations teams & all support functions of the respective territory


• Work with the management team to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives


• Provide strategic business performance analysis and direct the budgeting/profitability of the present stores’ performance and sales turnover


• Integrate best practices in the retail industry to minimize overheads, maximize profits& improve turnover


• Monitor the performance of all reporting units and manage any exceptions


• Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support
