· Single point of contact for the Improvement Management process
· Ensures that the defined deliverables of the process are met and continually improved
· Design, develop and improve the service management process, policy, reports and measures
· Maintain the configuration management of the process asset library
· Handle and maintain the accreditation programs and compliance to standards
· Coach and audit the implementation to ensure compliance to the defined standards
· Coordinate with Process/ Service owners to collect the improvement proposals
· Consult stakeholders to agree on the final list of improvement proposals
· Manage the process improvement register and plans
· Prepare improvement plan and update as required
· Coordinate the implementation of improvement initiatives
