• Coordinate with the production managers & sales managers and participate in product change control activities, devise and ensure implementation of quality plans within desire drawings, and also assist in ensuring product comply with relevant quality standards and customers’ expectations.• Work with Design on new component introduction, alternative raw materials, tooling requirements, test plans, and product qualification requirements to reduce product cost without compromising on quality.• Implement all test, checks and controls to ensure that potential problems and root causes are identified, impact assessed and actions to reduce customer complaints by big margin.• Liaise with and manage external suppliers and technical consultants ensuring contracts are delivered on time, to the standards required and that gains the most benefit from the investment made. .
