• Completion of project in given time, quality and budget
• Strong communicative skills both written and oral execution plans 
• Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
• Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships
• Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and/or scheduling requirements 
• Liaising with clients and representatives which will include surveyors, Architects and Designers
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants
• Checking plans, quantities and drawings to ensure accuracy
• Technical knowledge of construction processes
