1. Completion of project in given time, quality and budget
2. Protection joinery at site in order to avoid damages and rectification work
3. To make daily installation plan and appropriate labor hours recording
4. Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project
5. Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements
6. Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships
7. Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and/or scheduling requirements 
8. Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants
9. Resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track
10. Supervise completion of punch-lists, close-out documentation, and demobilize the job site at the completion of a project
