  • Prepare a vacancies list in order to know the company’s recruitment needs.

  • Collect accurate data for each requestor department head in order to make a perfect pre-screening interview and short list candidates for the second interview

  • Search for perfect candidate as well as build a strong “profile bank” to fulfil any potential requirement within the least timeframe

  • Enhance the internal hiring of the company

  • Interview, asset, select and shortlist the candidate as well as prepare Job offer letter for the selected ones

  • Develop the Saudization project in the company by hiring quality national staff and maintain the platinum category in Netaqat

  • Forecast the recruitment of the year especially for Saudis by calculating the total number of expat, visas and Iqama transfer to prepare a recruitment plan

  • Preparing agreement with HRDF to partially fund the salaries of Saudi nationals.

  • Supervise for process to contact universities, colleges, agencies in order to attract and fresh graduate and suitable candidates.

  • Sourcing out candidates, pre-selection and initial screening

  • Managing the team under Talent Acquisition department for Saudis.

  • Sending weekly & monthly reports to Talent Acquisition Manager/ HRS director

  • Ensure that workforce planning and recruitment processes take place within set deadlines.

  • Project short and long term “talent” needs, quantitative and qualitative, on the basis of organizational manpower plans.

  • Maintain information with regard to the number of employees, skills and competencies required to fill vacant and planned positions.

  • Review and consolidate the workforce and recruitment plans and budgets.

  • Responsible for dealing with international recruitment agencies; drafting and continuously updating the necessary annual agreements.

  • Updating recruitment websites (LinkedIn, Bayt.com) and collecting applicants CVs.

  • Review international recruitment agencies’ bills and follow-up on payments with the finance department.

  • Analysing required functions in line with job descriptions and try to find the most suitable candidates as per required competencies and qualifications.

  • Prepare orientation programs for new employees (Orientation Kit about SACC) for grade 9 and above.

  • Prioritize hiring of Saudis in all vacant positions and only consider other nationalities if no suitable Saudi applicants are available.

  • Responsible for the ERP System (Recruitment System); Reviewing CVs.

  • Controlling for sending and posting notifications.

  • Supervision in candidate’s medical check-up and ensure fitness for position and ensure the psychological test, English language and online assessments to shortlisted job candidates do fire.

  • Reviewing the RFs to initiate the recruitment process.
