·      Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.

·      Develop service procedures, policies and standards

·      Plan, design flyers and send email announcements to introduce new services and policies to the residents.

·      Create, design forms and excel spreadsheets to be used as tools to organize data and calculates invoices

·      Maintain accurate records and document all tenants’ service activities

·      Checks Monthly and Daily schedule submitted by Supervisors to ensure all duties are covered

·      Hiring, training, coaching, and leading call center representatives as they provide support for customers.

·      Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department

·      Answering representative’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives

·      Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating and coach workers regarding processes and practices.

·      Handle complex and escalated customer service issues and liaise with the management or concerned department for resolution

·      Liaising and meeting with service providers who can provide service to residential area.

·      Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, errors, customer satisfaction, attendance)

·      Prepare reports for different departments or upper management

·      Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability

·      Creating customer satisfaction surveys to improve level of satisfaction

·      Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operation

·      Generates daily report from Micros (Cashiering System)
