SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Keeps a constant watch on MITSUBISHI & FUSO market share and develops dealership service network, service marketing and supports ALESAYI’s service operations.
Establish service-marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of service centers through effective marketing plans at both short and long terms.
Reports to: GM-National Service
THE MAIN JOB FUNCTION:
- Manage activities of quality assurance and setting standards by providing extensive high quality support to ALESAYI service centers helping them align to the global MITSUBISHI & FUSO service standards and implement the FIRFT philosophy to improve customers’ loyalty, engagement to ALESAYI, customer delight and increase retention.
- Monitors the performance (KPIs) of the dealership regularly and provide guidance to ensure dealer / location development.
- Provide guidance to improve Customer Delight, operation efficiency and profitability by monitoring and assisting the implementation of Service Programs (Fix it Right, Service Drive, Interactive Reception,….etc) & MITSUBISHI & FUSO activities.
- Monitor service staff training needs and recommend appropriate technical and management training programs to the HRD – Training academy to align with the MMC Basic evaluation / certification & renewal of certification standard.
- Executes service award program and other special projects by following the approved guidelines and standard to ensure all the outlet managements are continuously motivated for improvement.
- Advise outlets on their expansion plans by studying the layouts in order the expansion or upgrade plans are aligned to the Company standard and image.
- Manage the support action plan to the service centers by conducting field visit and giving feedback on the reports with (Service Manager) mutually approved action plan covering mainly on Quality Assurance Program in ensuring the centers are able to provide the highest level standard to the customers.
- Evaluate the performance of allocated outlets regularly and feedback to centers and dealers in orders to support the improvement to workshop management, service marketing, service products, skill contest, facilities improvement, tools and equipment.
- Performance analysis and gap analysis for improvement by monitoring service performance dashboard at different areas.
- Recommend short term and long term action plans, discuss with branches and monitor achievements.
- Service Process analysis and improvement.
