Objective:
To coordinate with the business and provide support around all areas of government relations.
Responsibilities:
1.Keep up-to-date data for all employees
2.Managing and supervisor all duties of Government Relations Officer (GRO)
3.Preparing all employee related application for GRO
4.Debt collection
5.Paying all government payment/fee
6.Providing reports to the Head of SCM.
7.Following, renewal, maintain all company documents such CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax etc.
8.Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests.
9.Keeping all documents required by governmental agencies while processing them, and submitting them to concerned employee
10.Coordinate with all agencies for processing work visa
11.Coordinate with HR, Finance department and update them for new hiring status regulations
12.Provide report on monthly basis for all government relation processes
13.Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by Head of SCM (Translations, SFDA Label issues, MOI, MOC, and other customs clearance and stock issues etc.,)
14.Coordinating with Staff regarding personnel issues related to governmental applications as required
15.Communicating with Governmental entities to issue licenses and other related documents as required
