Our client is a Jeddah based semi-government real estate development company, which is supporting Saudi's Vision 2030.
Description
The Senior ERP Manager will be responsible for:
Supporting the company's IT strategy with ERP operational plan, and ensuring ERP objectives are achievedTeam supervision within ERP functionPreparation and managing/monitoring ERP function budgetDeveloping the relevant ERP systems implementation policies, procedures and practicesUnderstanding departments' business requirements, and deliver suitable ERP solutions in collaboration with service providersEnsuring ERP implementation is completed within agreed timelinesWorking closely with vendors and consultants to manage ERP implementation projectsUser acceptance testing, and training end-usersManaging maintenance of ERP systems after roll-out is completedAssessing and monitoring user satisfaction post-implementationContinuous improvement of ERP systemsManagement reporting regarding ERP systems
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Sciences, or any other related field10+ years of experience in ERP Management/ImplementationA high level of English proficiency, combined with ability to interact effectively with different business stakeholders and internal customersExperience in implementing/rolling-out ERP systems from scratchExperience in managing a team of internal employees and vendors/consultantsPreferably worked in the Real Estate industry previously
