Responsibilities
- Work to answer RSAFs questions and supervise RSAFs issues to completion.
- Remote and on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting on RSAFs systems.
- Remote and on-site software upgrades/configuration changes at RSAF.
- Hardware troubleshooting – swapping of computer components and diagnosing hardware faults.
- On-site Hardware and software installation at Ground Stations, Mission Control Centers and Rescue Coordination Centers (as the need arises).
- Preventative maintenance on the installed systems that are installed and deployed at RSAF.
- Corrective maintenance to be completed as the need arises to maintain the operational status of the SAR systems at RSAF.
- Assisting RSAF to collect data and generate reports to Cospas-Sarsat as required.
- Remote and on-site system monitoring of the installed systems.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for RSAF (or as requested.)
- Follow-up meetings with RSAF as required.
- Representing RSAF in any International Cospas-Sarsat meetings and conventions.
- Preparing any or all documentation to support the representation of RSAF to Cospas-Sarsat meeting and conventions.
- Support to RSAF for Cospas-Sarsat meetings, this includes accompanying RSAF to meetings as required by contract.
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met as per support service agreement between Honeywell and RSAF.
- Ensure SLA as stated in contract or defined by management are satisfied and measured each month and presented to both RSAF and Honeywell SAR Team Management.
- Meet all key performance indicators as set by Honeywell SAR management and RSAF
- Weekly/Monthly reporting to RSAF and Honeywell SAR Management
- Available 24/7 for any On-Call activities outside of Office Hours.
