• Provide day-to-day HRIS support to internal stakeholders
• Support the development and maintenance of all HRIS elements, including, but not limited to, data management, workflows/automation, integrations, internal controls, system upgrades, configuration, policy mapping, and security management
• Serve as a technical resource to assist in report building, querying/analyzing data, automating processes, and system implementations
• Perform routine audits and maintain the data integrity of our HRIS
• Assist in the development of user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training for current and new systems
• Recommend and implement process improvements and efficiencies to streamline data flow
• Partner closely with the HR team to ensure our HRIS is optimized to deliver a best-in-class employee experience
