• Assists in coordinating day-to-day operations activities as per company policy and procedures and in accordance with Civil Aviation rules and regulations.• Arrange and coordinate all Aviation Support Services to ASJ clients according to departmental standards and procedures.• Coordinate domestic and international flight planning activities.• Analyze and interpret a variety of weather reports, charts and forecasts and brief flight crew accordingly and actively flight follows from departure through arrival and ensure all arrangements in place and monitors weather; communicates advisories to flight crew if necessary.• Anticipates and proactively takes action to ability to deal with daily operational matters.• Works effectively with internal and external clients, as well as peers and management, to provide safe and efficient airlift support services to Flight Crews and customers.• Proactively understands the clients needs and takes initiatives to ensure those needs are met or exceeded.• Assist in maintaining flight logs, flight records and operational files as well maintains knowledge of crewmember and aircraft locations.• Coordinate and facilitate all logistical support and arrangements for crewmember.• Identifies ways to integrate process improvement and efficiencies for various job functions; communicates these improvement opportunities to management in a timely fashion.• Knowledge of securing International flight clearances, Arrangements of Ground handling, fueling and all relevant requirements related to flights.• Knowledge of prepares quotation related to required services and invoicing to customers afterword.• Knowledge about airport operations for all type of operations.• Perform other duties as assigned as required by superior/managements.
