Analyze business requirements and identify gaps in the standard
the functionality offered by the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)/Oracle
Fusion Cloud Application
- Map the company’s business requirements to ERP System and provide solutions to bridge the identified gaps
- Support implementation of Oracle ERP across modules (financial,
supply chain, human resources) and provide advice and guidance as needed
- Prepare functional specifications for required customizations
- Configure Oracle Applications in keeping with the company
requirements
- Be involved in all areas related to testing, data conversion,
migration, and cutover
- Provide support to users and facilitate user acceptance of Oracle
systems through training provided to key users
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems and recommend corrective
actions
- Serve as project supervisor for some company projects, to including keeping track of workflows, timelines, and budgets
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at Nesma, upholding
company values and staff morale
