- Responsible for preparation & issuance of daily / monthly Development/ BDC reports
- Support the business with ad hoc reporting
- Responsible to keep all reporting formats updated in accordance with any changes
- Responsible to work with IT team on systems and automated reports projects
- Competitive intelligence reporting on monthly basis using information from BDC departments & audit data
- Responsible for updating and sharing BDC KPI and CSI charts with HO on monthly basis
- Responsible for issuing Initiative Evaluation report at the completion
- Work closely with Call Centre and Customer Care teams and support their analysis and data needs
- Comparing data entered with source documents or re-entering data in verification format on the screen to detect errors and making necessary corrections to the information entered to ensure 100% report accuracy
