- Supervise cash van sales rep. to ensure that they are providing consistent, excellent, timely service to our clients in a timely manner.
- Plan, organize, direct and control cash van sales staff to meet sales, and collection objectives.
- Build positive relationship with our clients to increase distribution points, execute market- wide and targeted promotional activities, improve customer relations, and problem resolution.
- Ensure that all Halwani products are sold into all accounts, as appropriate, and that pricing strategies, including promotional pricing, are implemented accurately to achieve sales targets.
- Fill in for route cash van sales representatives as needed to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service to Halwani’s supermarket accounts.
- Maintain inventory control to make sure that all available products are displayed correctly.
- Involve in customer follow up to look for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed.
- Constructively supervise all customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction in his area.
- Conduct sales meetings, prepare sales reports on regular basis to keep his sales force updated and encourage them for greater achievements.
- Demonstrate required behaviors and attitude in selling process whenever is needed to achieve sales targets and increase the proficiency level of his staff.
- Perform any additional assignment related to his job scope.
