Key Responsibilities
- Performance Enhancement: Design and implement strategies to improve individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Talent Development: Develop and deliver employee development programs, including training, mentoring, and leadership initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions.
- Employee Engagement: Create and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Culture Building: Foster a strong and positive organizational culture aligned with our values and goals.
- Assessment and Feedback: Conduct surveys, assessments, and feedback sessions to identify improvement areas.
- Policy and Process Improvement: Develop and refine policies, procedures, and frameworks to support OD goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in organizational development or a related role.
- Proven expertise in change management, training, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with OD tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
