We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Restaurant Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Beirut, Lebanon. In this role, you will be the voice of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our customers over the phone. You will handle customer inquiries, take orders, and ensure that each interaction reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our call center team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through effective communication. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about menu items, specials, and promotions. Take customer orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings and restaurant policies to provide informed responses. Process orders through the phone system and ensure timely delivery to customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff and delivery personnel to ensure seamless service. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. Assist in training new team members and share best practices. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of call center operations. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Preferred Candidate: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly desirable. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Familiarity with the local food and beverage industry is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related fields is an advantage.
