You will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant delivers exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of service and quality. The Restaurant Manager will lead a team of dedicated staff, implement effective operational strategies, and foster a positive work environment. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Manage and train staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
5. Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures.
6. Conduct regular daily inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
8. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and menu accuracy.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
4. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
5. Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
7. A passion for food, beverage, and customer service excellence.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
9. Knowledge of local food and beverage trends and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
10. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to communicate with diverse clientele.
