Network & Connectivity Engineer (IT-Junior-Onsite):
Scope of Work:
Operational and project execution support for LAN, WLAN, WAN, and SD-WAN connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute approved network configurations and changes
- Support network-related project activities (site onboarding, refresh, migrations)
- Perform troubleshooting during operations and projects
- Support testing, cutover, and stabilization
Example Deliverables:
- Network implementation and change execution records
- Site connectivity readiness and rollout reports
- Updated logical/high-level network diagrams
- Incident resolution and cutover reports
Infrastructure & Platform Engineer:
Scope of Work:
Operational and project execution support for servers, virtualization, storage, backup, DR, and databases
Key Responsibilities
- Execute infrastructure and database project implementations (builds, upgrades, migrations)
- Operate and maintain server and platform environments
- Perform database operations (monitoring, backup, restore)
- Support project testing, validation, and stabilization
Example Deliverables:
- Server and platform build documentation
- Database backup, restore, and migration reports
- Infrastructure and database health reports
- Project handover and stabilization documents
Identity, Workplace & M365 Engineer
Scope:
Operational and project execution support for identity, access, and workplace platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute identity and workplace project activities (tenant changes, domain transitions, migrations)
- Implement access, identity, and endpoint policies
- Support user onboarding/offboarding during projects
- Participate in UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support
Example Deliverables:
- Identity and access configuration records
- Microsoft 365 project implementation outputs
- User migration and cutover reports
- UAT and stabilization documentation
