Responsibilities:

• Supervise the erection of precast concrete elements (columns, beams, slabs, walls, etc.).
• Review shop drawings and ensure their alignment with on-site erection works.
• Coordinate with lifting teams (cranes & rigging) to ensure safe and proper lifting and installation operations.
• Ensure proper alignment, levels, and positioning of structural elements before and during erection.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of precast elements.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including any technical observations.
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures on site.
• Resolve technical issues arising during erection in coordination with the engineering team.
• Participate in planning erection activities and developing schedules in coordination with project management.
• Ability to work and relocate to projects across various regions.
