Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Team Lead to oversee daily Human Resources operations and lead the HR team in delivering efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the employee lifecycle, Saudi labor regulations, and HR best practices, with the ability to support business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, and company HR policies.
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and probation review processes.
- Manage leave administration, attendance, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Support compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with management.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and maintain HR regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate with payroll, finance, and other business functions to ensure timely HR service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and HR compliance.
- Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent HR certification.
- Experience working in multinational or fast-paced corporate environments.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and process improvement initiatives.
